The tool currently serves over 200 large-scale clients, including half of the world's top 50 biopharmaceutical companies, and securely processes more than 12 million patient safety reports annually through its intelligent systems.

The integration of the acquired company's AI logic capabilities with the French buyer's industrial solutions aims to establish the first unified intelligence platform for integrated healthcare. The tool will directly connect molecular analysis, clinical development data, and real-world patient outcomes, eliminating operational costs associated with fragmented cloud infrastructures from providers in the United States and Europe.

Competitive Race in Regulated AI and Healthcare

The acquisition of the pharmaceutical platform accelerates the software developer's industrial AI roadmap against rivals and competitors in the enterprise technology sector. This life sciences integration move indirectly competes with the general cloud and office solutions offered by software giant Microsoft, search engine Google, and the logical partnerships of developer OpenAI, which also create dedicated workflows for major global pharmaceutical labs.

High-Density Physical Network Switches and Optical Switches

Simulating complex molecules and securely processing millions of real-time health records requires local datacenters to have high-density physical switches and stable internal communication buses in local data servers.
