The team seeks to convert the traditional fixed grid of logical titles and static posters into an intelligent environment of dynamic recommendations generated on demand for families.

Custom Recommendations and Logical Prompts on the User's Screen

The new video content blocks and mosaics will be assembled in real time, fully personalized for each of the over two hundred million active subscribers of the service worldwide. The system will be able to analyze previous consumption behavior and process natural prompts entered by users themselves in natural language, such as terms like "80s action movies" or "Christmas comedies," creating dynamic visual compilations and appropriate titles instantly on the TV screen.

Additionally, the company is conducting advanced tests to natively and deeply integrate its Alexa language assistant into the smart TV search system. This playful interconnection will allow natural voice commands to locate titles semantically, instead of the traditional slow typing via remote control. The entertainment strategy reinforces the brand against the rapid growth of tech rivals and new corporate software ecosystems, such as the OpenAI lab and competitor Anthropic.

Competition in the Global Streaming and Generative AI Market

The redesign consolidation comes at a time of fierce market competition for retaining residential users' attention in the internet ecosystem. The major overhaul aims to protect the customer base against competition and AI integrations promoted in services from other cloud providers, led by software giant Microsoft and search engine Google in the United States. The practical display of predictive capabilities acts as a technological showcase for the company.

Real-time processing of millions of simultaneous personalized semantic video searches requires local data centers to have fast connections and stable buses on local data servers. Data traffic and image processing depend on network controller chips and high-speed bus switches designed by specialized microelectronics designers, such as network semiconductor manufacturer Broadcom. The lowering cost of optical switches optimizes green data centers and reduces electrical consumption of partner companies' computers in the market.
